US Army Dog Tag

DOG-TAG or an army tag is an individual identifier worn by military personnel. They contain important information for identifying a person: full name, blood type, etc. A total of 5 lines are available for recording the necessary data.

Dog tags are also called death medallions due to the ability to quickly identify a person. They are required not only for identifying the deceased but also for the wounded, therefore it is important for military personnel to wear them at all times. 

DOG-TAGs are made of anti-corrosion metal, which ensures long-term preservation of the information. The tags are sold blank (without stamping), and the embossing service is ordered separately.
