Elite Merino Command Socks by P1G® are versatile tactical socks suitable for year-round use. They provide thermoregulation and good breathability when used with different types of footwear.

Construction Features

 

The socks have a zonal construction to ensure comfort during long walks. The toe and heel zones are reinforced for increased durability and heat retention. The toe has a flat seam and cushioning inserts to reduce friction. A special compression zone provides arch support. The elastic cuff snugly fits the leg and prevents the sock from slipping down.

Materials Used in the Socks

 

The main material is high-quality natural Pima cotton, which provides softness and comfort during movement. Pima cotton is considered premium raw material, sometimes referred to as cotton cashmere. Its fibers are approximately 50% longer than regular cotton, making Pima more resistant to stretching, abrasion, and pilling. The socks also contain Merino wool, which helps retain heat and wick moisture away from the skin while continuing to provide warmth. It also has antibacterial properties, reducing the likelihood of unpleasant odors. Polyamide and elastane in the composition play a supporting role and provide increased durability and elasticity of the material.
