V.XI™ XTU LT3 Jacket - is a insulated jacket from the brand 5.11 Tactical®. It is part of the high-tech clothing line 5.11 Tactical® V.XI™. This model is designed to retain heat better and provide maximum comfort on cold days. It can be used as an additional insulating layer under a storm jacket or as a standalone garment.

Construction Features

 

V.XI™ XTU LT3 Jacket has three zippered pockets for EDC items. The upper left pocket is suitable for a tactical notepad or smartphone. The lower pockets can be used to store tactical gloves or keep hands warm.

The central zipper is one-way and has an integrated chin guard. Inside, under the zipper, there is a storm flap that provides additional protection from wind and precipitation. Hook and loop panels are located on the sleeves for attaching identification signs (patches). For a better fit, the jacket features elastic cuffs and an adjustable hem with elastic cord and stoppers.

Material Benefits

 

The jacket retains heat well thanks to the high-quality PrimaLoft® Gold insulation. The material structure consists of the thinnest hollow fibers that resemble down in their structure.

• good breathability and hydrophobicity (resistance to wetting)

The outer Dobby fabric is combined with protective panels made of Taffeta fabric, which are located on the chest and lower part of the sleeves (from elbow to wrist). This ensures increased durability of the garment in stress zones.

The armpit and side areas have a waffle fleece insert for better thermoregulation and maintaining the optimal body temperature without overheating. The waffle fleece has a special treatment that helps to wick moisture away from the skin and prevent the formation of unpleasant odors.

5.11 Tactical® has eliminated the use of PFAS compounds in its products. This reduces the negative impact on the environment and increases the safety of goods not only for people but also for flora and fauna.
