The LWP (Light Weight Pads) tactical knee pads are designed to protect the knee joint and surrounding tissues from injury during active movements. The kneepads take the main impact during knee firing, rollovers, falls and any quick actions associated with possible knee injuries. The LWP is a great choice for military, hunters and sportsmen, because the kneepads are as comfortable for shooting as they are for skating, cycling or motorcycling.

The main material used to make the LWP is the high quality abrasion-resistant Cordura. This nylon fabric has an increased abrasion and tear resistance to withstand the daily stress and extend the life of the product. The backing is made of CoolMax material, which provides vapor permeability and softens the fit of the kneepads to the joint. The main protective element is the elastic plastic cup, which has an anatomical shape and due to its flexibility does not hinder movements. Inside is placed an insert of EVA foam - a closed cell type material without sponge-like structure. Therefore, the foam does not absorb moisture and does not squeeze or crumple, so it retains its cushioning properties for a long time.

This model of kneepads is equipped with a quick fixation system on the leg. This is done with the help of special locking clips, similar in principle to the KeyMod. The Light Weight Pads are held in place by an elastic band on which hook-and-loop is placed for individual adjustment of the tightness of the kneecap to the leg. This makes it possible to quickly put on and take off the kneepads, as well as to adjust the fit without taking them off.
